Executed projects
Interbaltija specialists have more than 30 years of experience in real estate. During this period, more than 16 real estate projects were successfully executed. The choice of projects has always been determined by location, location, location.

RAŅĶA DAMBIS 9
We chose the name River Park for our project because it most accurately reflects its location – next to the Daugava and the park. Reconstruction of the residential house started in the autumn of 2013. Completion date – September 2014.
VALDEMĀRA IELA 37 UN 37A
37 and 37A Valdemāra Street were the first renovated Art Nouveau houses in Riga. In the courtyard house at 37A Valdemāra Street, the communal apartments were eliminated, and the historical apartments were renovated. On the other hand, the first modern offices in Riga were created in the street house. The buildings were renovated from 1994 to 1996.

MERĶEĻA IELA 21
“Interbaltija” bought the building at 21 Merķeļa Street in 1997. Before that, Riga City’s 5th hospital was located here. “Interbaltija” redesigned the interior of the building, created office spaces on its upper floors, and transformed the lower floor into premises suitable for shops. The building was renovated in 1998.
MARTAS IELA 5
One of the first good examples of historical wooden construction restoration. “Interbaltija” made sure that the house demolition project was not implemented. The wooden front of the building was restored, preserving the historical appearance of the building. Now Martas Street is included on the kokariga.lv tourist route “Wooden buildings in the centre of Riga” due to this wooden house. The building was renovated in 1998.

KAĻĶU IELA 7
The tenement at 7 Kalķu Street was a burnt-out and waterlogged slum without windows and doors before reconstruction. “Interbaltija” restored the building and its facades to their historical appearance, furnished the office premises, and ensured the preservation of the historic medieval prison basement. The building was renovated in 2001.
KAĻĶU IELA 10
It is known that the third oldest pharmacy in Riga operated in this house until 1940. In the process of renovation of the building, its front was restored to its historical appearance and the interior was completely arranged, as well as the connection of the building with the Convention yard was restored.

Back in 1998, there were four building frames made of yellow bricks on Tirgoņu Street. “Interbaltija” undertook their renovation, but the facades of the buildings were restored according to their historical appearance and historical construction projects. Shops and offices were arranged in the buildings. The buildings were renovated in 2002.

BRĪVĪBAS IELA 139
In the premises of a former bicycle factory and then a printing house at 139 Brīvības Street, “Interbaltija” created 21 apartments with high ceilings and spacious rooms. The facade of the main stately Art Nouveau building on Brīvības Street was preserved without changes. The house “Bulvāru residence” was reconstructed in 2006.

BRĪVĪBAS IELA 139 - PAGALMS
On the courtyard side, there are two staircases with newly designed panoramic lifts enclosed in glass structures.
AUDĒJU IELA 8
When “Interbaltija” bought the house at 8 Audēju Street, the house had been standing for several years without partitions, with partially demolished coverings and a roof covered with roofing felt. In several conclusions, this object was even recognised as unsalvageable, however “Interbaltija” decided to reconstruct it. The historical house was in danger of collapsing before the reconstruction, so its restoration received special recognition from experts and the public. In 2002, LBA awarded the project 1st place in “Best building of the year – 2002” in the “Restoration” nomination.
